Hello. the only way to raise your staminer in Sryth is buy equipping and wearing armour, but luckily in Sryth you can equip and wear lots of armour. A full compliment means four rings, and one piece of armour of each other type, head, torso, arms, hands, waste, legs, feet, back and tabard.
