Hello. the only way to raise your staminer in Sryth is buy equipping and wearing armour, but luckily in Sryth you can equip and wear lots of armour. A full compliment means four rings, and one piece of armour of each other type, head, torso, arms, hands, waste, legs, feet, back and tabard.

To increase your stamina points, go to a location marked save, and press the rest buttonl. It will resotre yuour stamina points to ful. Or, if you have a kepbek elixer, you can take that, and it will resoter your stamina. To increase your max points, get armor that hasa number it. For example,
