Hi guys,
I want to get a consol for Christmas. From what I've heard, I'd like to get a
WII, but is it accessible for us totally blind people? Can we use the remote
without problems, and are there many games we can play on it? Sorry if these
sound very stupid questions, but I can't test one
Hi Jason,
Thanks, but I still need to win a couple more games to be the winner of the
Super Bowl before I start a new season.

Somehow the sound files got mixed up, so I'm making a new sound pack 5--with

Hi Jason, I know what you mean about the voices in Che's version of Sound
RTS but I have always liked the original voices because, in my imagination,
I am overlooking a large table top battlefield. The scale of the soldiers
etc would be by necessity, tiny, So it does work for me.

Hi Shaun,
It is possible, but I've pretty much decided at this point to begin
working towards finalising the engine for 1.0 release. Basically,
placing a freeze on non-esentual changes so I might work on necessary
work like new levels and the product registration system.

Hi Trenton,
Having a scoring system similar to ESP is possible, but for the moment I
am shelving the ideas for score boards for future consideration. It is
not that I am disinterested, but feel at this point in time finishing
the levels and product registration takes presidents.

Hi Bryan,
Yeah, the Alpha released by Alchemy was a bit of a mess. There were a
number of bugs including the very annoying one where you couldn't climb
ladders or descend one all the time. If that had been all I would have
fixed them, and happily went on my way.
Unfortunately, the level editor
Hello USA gamers,
I have just uploaded Montezuma's Revenge Beta 4 to the USA Games site.
I'm not sure how many will be able to grab this download since bandwidth
remaining on the account this month is running low. In any case here is
the release info.
This new release offers the ability to kill
I don't know about a wii. I know that the ps2 still has a lot of accessible
games around for it, moreso than the xbox or the gamecube. But I could be

Hi Folks,
I was just wondering. In sarah, I often run in to a Headless Hat that I
cannot seem to pick up by any means whatsoever. Is this a bug or am I just
missing something about getting these hats. there is currently one on Level
four that I just can't grab.
Thanks.

I notice the damage from monsters is greater, as is the health regained by
drinking the potions. Also, and I thank you for this, the jump key has been
returned to the control and the key to run is now the space bar. I liked
the other opening mood creating music better, though. Both are OK,
Hi,
Looks like the bandwidth is already gone, I can't download the beta.
Any chance someone who already has it could put it up somewhere?

Hi Ann,
Yes the unpickable headless hats are buggy.
I have already sprayed them with bug repellent and plan to release the patch
with oodles of changes very soon.
I will be listing the changes when the patch is done.

Hi Ann,
Yes, that is a known bug. I believe Phil is working on a patch which
fixes this issue.

Hi Charles,
I put jump back on control and run on space do to popular request. That
feature was one that was suggested by multiple player's of Beta 3, and
so I did the modification.
As for the new game intro that is the USA Games logo. I thought i would
try it out and get end user comments on
Hi Karl,
I just checked the server end of things, and it still looks like
bandwidth is still good. You shouldn't have any issues downloading.
Perhaps there were several downloads going when you tried the last time.
My suggestion is just to try again.

I have a Wii I wrote a good bit about a few months back, check the

Hi folks,
I'm having this annoying Monty issue. I am running Windows XP Home on a 2.93
GHZ computer with 784 MB of DDR Ram. If I uninstall a previous beta of
Monty, then install a newer beta, it will not run, giving me a whole ton of
Microsoft dotnet Framework errors. Oh, and I have the newest
Just a thought, but did you go into the c drive and check to see that the
folder where the old beta was placed was completely gone before you
installed the new beta? Some people do not, but I go the step better by
rebooting the PC after uninstallation has been removed, then I install the
new
Yep, the folder was totally gone. I also did the rebooting thing after

Hi Ann,
At the moment i am uncertain what to suggest or how to advise you about
your issue. In all the months of both public and private testing yours
is the first reported case of this nature. So any error logs, or hints
as to why this happens on your end would be very helpful.
As for
Hi Charles,
In this instants I don't think either of those were the issue here. Beta
3 had no patches so InnoSetup should have been able to perform a clean
uninstall. As far as rebooting goes that is a recommended thing to do,
but not really necessary. I uninstalled Beta 3 and Beta 4 without a
Hi Ann,
I noted in your previous post you mentioned you got .Net 3.0 installed.
That is good, but is .Net 2.0 installed as well?
Thanks.

Hi all,
Tonight I ran Montezuma's Revenge Beta 4 through it's paces, and managed
to sscore 104700 points on easy. I've had better scores than that, but
considering the added dificulties in Beta 4 I consider this a good
score. Just for kicks I'd be interested to know how everyone else is
doing with
Hi all,
After about five attempts at the insane level of play my highest Beta 4
score was 74400. I noticed Beta 4's insane level of play is quite a bit
like classic Montezuma's Revenge. You have to be very quick to avoid
monsters, your jumps have to be timed perfectly, and well it is really
Hi,
On an unrelated problem, no matter what I do, I always kill a monster
with my sword, even when I try to jump over it. When I do not have a
sword, everything works ok.
One other problem, this has been around for a while. If you jump
correctly, you will miss the rope/platform, but not die.
Hi Thomas,
As far as I can ascertain, the last beta that has worked flawlessly for
me is the Beta2.
Anyhow, I'm going to post the entire text from the dotnet window which
pops up, and asks me to either Continue, Quit, or choose details, which
gives all the lovely text you'll see below.
