Hi, I just started playing on Lost Wishes Mud a week ago and I really like so far. It's a LP mud, wich are my favourites. It has over 100 quests, the equipment saves when you log out and it has a great tutorial for starting players. The room discriptions are very good and discriptive. There are no wilderness maps or such things and it has a special toggle for screen readers which disables the ascii grafics in the score display, for example. There are 13 guilds to choose from when reaching level 10, which I didn't reach yet, however. I really like this mud. I'ts great for exploring, reading good room discriptions and questing. Desmodus was too weird and unrealistic for my tastes, you had to learn skills to even use a sword, couldn't even swing it wildly or anything, which doesn't make sense. I don't really like how it just drops you smack in the middle of a giant city with no real direction or newbie help either. Hi Alex. the chaps name is steve Crawford, and he's certainly available, I believe I saw an E-mail from him on this list quite recently. I've actually spoken hto him on the phone about sending me some demos of his games so that I can write up detailed entries for them on audiogames.net, but of course, sinse we're in the same country this was fairly easy and possible for me to do. I suggest you either E-mail him again (perhaps his address was temporarily down), or post a message on audiogames.net. If worst comes to absolute worst I could always see about phoning him again for you and letting him know about your request. Which game were you interested in of his? I still like playing alter aeon, though the only reason why I like it is becasue I've been playing for years, I know a bunch of people there and also because its got its own codebase so it makes it different than the other muds that all look the same.
