Re: [Audyssey] RS Games Uno and Monopoly

2010-09-12 Thread Harmony Neil
I like their games. I haven't played for a couple of days because they've
been sorting out the new server, but I really should log in at some point
during the week.

Hi people. I just wanted to let you know my impressions about this two games
after two weeks of tests.
Firstavol I'm impressed with how much fun we can get with them.
I'm surprised that not many people are talking here about them.
They are very nice games, with online gaming that works perfectly, with a
chat system where we can interact with real people, cool sounds etc.
In my opinion both games are really well made, very accessible, very simple
to learn and use and with their development they are getting better and
better.
I think that their team deserves our support and it's worth to try because
the games are fun, and because we play onlyne with real people we can have a
lot of hours of fun.
I specially like the scoring system of uno. With S key we can have the
information of how many points have the players of our table and with that
we can make a real race until the win with 500 points.
See you in some uno table. I am Jorge there.
Cheers

 Hi Ben,
Still under development. As I've mentioned many times on the list
already I am extremely busy attending to personal matters and
development on MOTA and the Genesis 3D Engine have been put on the
back burner. Thus updates I've made to MOTA Beta 14 aren't necessarily
worth a full upgrade yet as they are fairly miner.

 Cheers!

[Audyssey] jim's monopoly game

2010-09-12 Thread Nicol
Hi Jim and all
There is something that I have been wondering about your monopoly game, jim.
While playing against the computer or against one or more players, there is
a menu option to buy, sell or trade.
My question is, if I play a game against the computer, the way you
programmed the game, is there a chance that the computer player might want
to sell, buy or trade with me?

Hi Nicol,
I can answer that. Although you can initate and make trades with the
computer (sometimes he even accepts) the computer player will never offer
you a trade.

Best Regards,
Hayden

Re: [Audyssey] jim's monopoly game

2010-09-12 Thread Thomas Ward
Hi Nicol,
Well, it is pretty simple. If the computer has a property you would
like to buy, sell, or trade for you can try and initiate a transaction
using that option. Unfortunately, the A.I. isn't smart enough to try
and buy, sell, or trade itself, but you can certainly use that option
to try and make a deal with the computer player. I say try as the A.I.
isn't good at buying, selling, or trading properties.

Smile.
