Great liam, you obviously wracked your brains to come up with this
one :D.

I'll look forward to giving it a try.

After the success of Super Egg Hunt Plus, I've been hard at work on my
next

big project. I Present Zompocalypse. Here's the opening section from the
readme.

What is it?

Zompocalypse is a zombie apocalypse themed sidescrolling hack and slash.
You play the roll of a survivor fo an infestation of zombies. Your goal is
to track down the cause of the surge in zombies and to put a stop to it.
You

also have to keep yourself from becoming a mindless shambling undead as
well.

the Story:

It was always a source of amusement and internet speculations. Could
there

possibly be a zombie apocalypse? Would zombies one day rise up and devour
man kind? You thought it was nothing but a myth. Until the news reports
started. Even then you thought it wasn't real, until that poor reporter
got

eaten on TV. That seemed to get everyone's attention. People flocked in
droves from the city. There was panic, and gridlock everywhere. It slowly
dawned on you that yes, this was real. And yes, it was happening.

Firing up your computer you tried to scower the internet for any
information

you could find on zombies. Some believed that the cause of the zombie
plague was due to a master zombie. It was believed that finding and
killing

that master zombie would bring a sudden end to the plague.

Living in one of the smaller outlying communities, you figured it would be
safe until one night. You had just settled down in bed when you heard a
rustling in your back yard. Looking out you were horified to see a group
of
zombies clustered around your garbage cans. The last thing you wanted
were

zombies busting through your door and eating your brains. You made a mad
dash for the kitchen and grabbed the rake by the back door. You stepped
out

to confront the undead intruders.

2012-09-24 Thread MamaPeach
I have reinstalled Robert Bets games by first installing all of the demos,
then installing the 8PackSV.exe file,. When I attempt to play the games, I
don't get an error, but my whole system locks up. I have to shut my computer
down wrong. I did use compatibility wizard, set to Xp, service pack 2 and I
made sure that run as administrator was checked. I have never gotten these
games to run on my Windows 7, 64 bit machine.

Hi,

What's the error you get? It sounds to me like a missing dependency of
some sort. Most compatibility errors are solvable by figuring out why
you are getting the error in the first place.

Hi Mama Peach,

Interesting. Any chance you can send a copy of the demos my way via
Dropbox or Sendspace?

The reason I'm asking I'd like to mess with them in my free time, see
if I can get them working, and if not perhaps when and if I have the
time maybe convert the games to something more Windows 7 and Windows 8
compatible. Just leaving you guys hanging with no support and no
upgrades is just wrong in my opinion.

[Audyssey] swamp and windows 7

2012-09-24 Thread Paul Lemm
hi,

hope someone can help, I'm trying to run swamp for the first time in windows
7 and having some difficulties when I click the swamp file I get the run
option which I click and then nothing happens , no error message or
anything just nothing happens. I have read the text file in swamp and sorry
if this is a really stupid question but it says you need direct x 7, and
after checking my pc it looks like I have direct x 11, is this ok? Or do I
still need to install direct x 7? If the direct x 11 I have installed is ok
I will follow the other instructions about command prompt etc., although I
have never used command prompt before do I need to move anywhere in this
before I start typing or will it take me straight to the box I need to type
in its just I've gone there to take a look and jaws doesn't announce an
edit box and tabbing doesn't seem to take me to one either just different
files? Again sorry if these questions all seem obvious but I don't want to
play around with command prompt and totally mess up my pc because I've done
it wrong

[Audyssey] Sapi Voices? was Concept Demo of my new game Zompocalypse

2012-09-24 Thread Gerardo Corripio
OK I've got one question about the SApi Voice: Would I change mine to
English before playing since I've got it default to Spanish, or how
exactly does this work if the voices aren't yet included? Does the game
select the appropiate Sapi Voice or what's the deal?

HI,

In the swamp folder are 2 batch files. They are Windows32bit.bat and
Windows64bit.bat files. just run which ever one is appropriate for your
system. This will register all the files you need in order for swamp to run
properly. After that, launch the swamp.exe file, create your account, and
have some serious fun.

Good luck.

You might have to select the batch file and choose the option Run as
Administrator for it to work. This isn't the same thing as just being an
administrator and running it, many people think that is what it is and
don't realize that it won't work.

eaten on TV. That seemed to get everyone's attention. People flocked in
droves from the city. There was panic, and gridlock everywhere. It slowly
dawned on you that yes, this was real. And yes, it was happening.

Firing up your computer you tried to scower the internet for any information

you could find on zombies. Some believed that the cause of the zombie
plague was due to a master zombie. It was believed that finding and killing
that master zombie would bring a sudden end to the plague.

Living in one of the smaller outlying communities, you figured it would be

safe until one night. You had just settled down in bed when you heard a
rustling in your back yard. Looking out you were horified to see a group of
zombies clustered around your garbage cans. The last thing you wanted were
zombies busting through your door and eating your brains. You made a mad
dash for the kitchen and grabbed the rake by the back door. You stepped out
to confront the undead intruders.
