Well, the best place to start is what does she like? What I mean by
that even if she has never played any games before she probably has
interests in movies, TV shows, books, etc that would apply to games.
If she is into science fiction she might like something like Troopenum

is interested in. While there are some games I'd not recommend to someone
who was new to either games or audio, for instance swamp with it's
complex navigation and quick gameplay,
