Hi, I got an article from another list and it lists some toys which have speech:- Lucky the Incredible Wonder Pup (Zizzle) Jibbi TV (Radica) SurfBoard Voice Activated Remote Control (Innotech Systems) BRATZ Talking Alarm Clock (MGA Entertainment) Amazing Allysen (Playmates) Furby (Hasbro) Amazing Amanda (Playmates) BBK Electronic Dictionary (BBKUSA) Scamps, My Playful Pup (Hasbro) Password Journal (Girl Tech) Wise Crackin' Shrek and Donkey (Hasbro) Judging from the titles, some of them are aimed at 3 year olds. So they should appeal to a couple of people on this list. I wrote an extensive article a few years back covering all the handheld games that were accessible at the time. Here is a list of them. Bop it and variety Brain warp: the one with the colors--six in all, flip the one to the top that it names, has six different games. Nujam--bop it style electric guitar--don't just play what it plays, but do it with rhythm for a bonus Top it: this one's hard. It involves flipping a bean bag up into the air and getting it to land on various holes in your paddle. Fun though and way different from Bop it Zing it: a yoyo version of bop it. Has a bop it button, zing it, which is just making the yoyo go up and down on the string, and loop it which you make the yoyo do a loop around your head. Bird brain, a concentration style game--I'd buy this one if anyone had it and wanted to sell an animated yoda with light saber--follow the commands, the light saber has a motion detector and sends data to Yoda's forehead sensor... Nemesis factor--the world's first and only talking handheld puzzle game until they come out with a new one brain bash: another game I'd like to buy--the travel version, not the full-sized one. Has different games, even solving simple math equations quickly and there is a baseball game, a tennis game, fishing games, and keychain versions of each... all very accessible Ken Downey President DreamTechInteractive! [Audyssey] List of handheld games?
Hello all, Just wondering what different types of handheld games people know of here? The only ones I'm aware of are the bop it, top it, and some other game that had different colored sides and you had to flip around to the right color. forgot the name of that one. Does anyone know of any other good ones? I'm thinking of getting a handheld with in the next few days. Getting tired of bop it. lol thanks! - For an amazing video gaming site containing original soundtracks, game art, etc, go here. http://gh.ffshrine.org?r=16426 ___ Gamers mailing list .. Radio Shack sells handheld slot machines. All you need is a method of keeping your remaining total. One that I have is a machine on which you can bet from 10 to 50 points in 10-point increments. You can bet on the center horizontal row only, that plus the top horizontal row, those plus the bottom horizontal row, those plus the bottom left to top right diagonal row, or those plus the top left to bottom right diagonal. It is fully accessable by sound. When you reach a total of 0, you cannot bet any more until you reset the game to the 500 point starting total. If you lose track of your total, you can reset it at any time to 500 and start over, or have someone look at the screen. If you don't play for a while, the machine shuts off, retaining your current total. It operates on 1 tripple A battery. Sighted people can turn the sound off. - Original Message - From: Yohandy [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Gamers Discussion list Gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Wednesday, December 20, 2006 9:30 PM Subject: [Audyssey] List of handheld games? Hm there was a fishing game I had a long long time ago that was mega accessible. I don't even know if it's being made anymore-- it was made by tigered. You'd turn the reel while adjusting your tention and there would be sound cues for if your line was about to break, etc. I think my cousin tried to beat someone with it so... it doesn't make much noise anymore. Anyone know about this? I loved it. there were eight levels, but I never beat it. It gets pretty hard, but there are sound cues for everything.
