insidentally its why I have given up on tads.
wintads never worked right and dostads never displays even though I
use the 32 bit djgpp one.
Is there a sapi tads or something.

I just tried Windows Frotz 1.17 (the latest version) with NVDA 2013.2, both
with and without the plugin, and it doesn't speak any text automatically.
However, I can read what's on the screen using the screen review mode and
keys 7 and 9 on the numeric keypad, but I find it awkward as
, eamon deluxe, old dos games etc.
