Hi, once you download the game runner from the web site given already you just install the program. Then you open the game runner and choose to open an adventure. You will have to review the screen with the mouse pointer, but that will work just nicely when using Window-Eyes. I do this all the

Hi Keith, There are a couple of choices here. The first is the Adrift Runner, which is the official Windows application, and there is Scare. Scare is a command line program which is more accessible, but lacks some features such as sound effects and the combat system doesn't fully work in Scare.
