well then unless Jim updates his games, I guess the only way to play them in
future versions of windows will be to use vmware and virtualise windows xp.

Hi Josh,
It is starting to look that way. At least in your case. I still don't
know why it is failing to run under Windows 7 64bit as apparently some
users have it working according to Jim's message he sent to the list
earlier, and I have various games like NFL, Spanker, Baseball, setup
and
well I just got a report on a tech site I got to that ms is extending
the life cycle to 2020 or the end of win7.
So those of us that still want xp can stay with xp for a bit longer.
It appears that there are still a load that can't be bothered
upgrading just yet.
