I am still playing castaways mission 4,
and I think from playing it quite a bit a change really needs to be made
to the way doctors heal people.
at the moment, they heal people in the order they become ill, now OK,
that's fine when you don't have plague to deal with.
however, once
I'll take that into consideration. Until then I would recommend that you stay
on top of the illnesses before they get too out of hand, haha! I did pretty
good with the plague on easy, but I had also used a tome to upgrade my doctor
so that he was faster at curing the ill.
