I don't think the 8 GB iPod Touch has voiceover support. I'd go for a 32 GB.

With those 2 choices I would go with 32. I got a 64 and think Apple
is about to release another version of iPod.
So would keep looking at the prices for a while and see. They just
popped out a new op and hardware ain't to far away from that.
