Re: [Audyssey] Playing Legend of the Red Dragon

2009-04-14 Thread Shadow Dragon
You can find this game online at gamemastersrealm.com. Also it is possible
to run locally if that's your thing, so you can play around with your stats
and configure other things. The problem is its still copyrighted software
and still being sold, so you'd have to buy your own copy from gameport to do
that.

Hi Ann,
My name is Tony and I am old enough to recognize the Lord game. A friend
of mine was a computer geek before they were called that and he somehow
got me a copy of the game to play on my computer at home. As the dos
program got further and further buried under windows it stoped working. I
still have a copy I saved but I don't think it will play on my present
version (XP). If any one finds it for you I wouldn't mind if you let me
know. I am going to give my home copy a try again and see if I can get it
setup to work again, not very hopeful though. If you find something out
write in your subject as Lord game and I'll know not to deliete it.

thanks write me

Hi folks,

Okay, a blast from the gaming past, so to speak. LOL! I know this is a big
long shot. But, does anyone know of any places where one can telnet to and
still play the legend of the Red Dragon game? Thinking about muds and the
like has reminded me that I used to love playing the old LORD game.

There are a few online versions of LORD,not talking about LOTGD, which is
legend of the green Dragon, but they are Java based, and don't look very
accessible for screen readers. It would be nice to find an online version
that was playable.

Thanks if anyone has any advice.
