I ran Top Speed with Window-Eyes and as I got no speech output and no other hinders I thought that further configuration wasn't needed. Hello! Also, please keep in mind that we're not forcing you to use this configuration file to put JAWS into sleep mode (and neither are we forcing you to use JAWS in the first place). To us it merely seemed that having to disable your screenreader to play a game is a very crude way of doing things. You don't really. This is all explained in the manual... It's not a JAWS script. It's a configuration file to put JAWS to sleep.
