Re: [Audyssey] compressed zip file problem
Hi Shirley. where are you saving the games? it's entirely possible your computer is saving them in a whacky place. The bah ding sound usually means something has downloaded. If you use the drop down boxes in the save dialogue you should be able to choose a folder, I for instance have created a folder called "downloads" where I stick anything I download (and run Avg across it), then go on from there. To see where the files are being downloaded, look at the message which should say something like: "save to c:\documents and settings \ my documents" or similar. hth. Beware the Grue! Re: [Audyssey] compressed zip file problem
Hi Shirley, I'm not sure what web browser you are using such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Opera so my instructions will be rather generic. When you press enter on the download link a dialog will pop up asking you to run, save, or open the file. Tell it to save the file. Another dialog will appear asking you to select a download location. Tab to the download list box and select the location where you want the file to be saved. Once you select the download location tab to the save button and press enter. If the download is very big a window will appear showing you your download progress. Some web browsers like Internet Explorer will often show you a download complete message with an ok button when the download finishes. Cheers! Hey Dark. This is what I do. I press on the game I want, enter save, press the Save In box and press enter. When I do that, there's a cu-ding sound. I check my memory drive and nothing's there.
