Hi Thomas,
Indeed, I haven't gone through my missions to see which ones are completely
useless, I just got all the ones the PKB Group had with their soundpack. I
was curious enough to about mission 92 to look at it's title, and correct me
if I'm wrong but I never heard of such a thing as a torpedo jammer in World
War II.

Hi,
I don't know if it is possible to cover every single mission in detail,
but what it sounds like is what people need is a few simple training
missions. Once you get the basic game mechanics it is really quite easy. I
have beaten every mission out there for Lonewolf, and some of them were
difficult and some were easy. Most of the ones I wrote such as the Midway
mission was designed to be challenging. David Lant's missions were also
designed for advanced players. Though, none of his missions have topped my
battleship missions where you had to like destroy practically the entire
Japanese Navy to get to the battleships. Even on easy that one is a pain
to beat, and I remember David Greenwood teasing me about how evil I was
for making such a difficult mission. Lol!

explaining the missions and all of the game works will be very helpfull
if it's maded. i realy don't know exactly how to play this game

Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-29 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hi. I sure did, but not all of them seem to load. I think I'll just
renumber them and play them from a second LW folder. Do you have a list
of which mission should be which number? Also, it seems that I have some
duplicate missions because war games 2 is in there twice as different
mission numbers. It's very strange. Also, I know I did not write war
games round 3 as the mission does not work right and the ships were
modified differently than what I would have done. I really think it's
cool that someone took off with the war games idea, but if you know who
wrote it, I'd like to thank them, and maybe offer a suggestion on how to
fix the mission. For example, it says to destroy the color ships and
then head to the white flag. After I destroy the ships, the game is over
and I win even though I did not reach the white flag.

Thanks.

Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-26 Thread Charles Rivard
Having all of the user created missions in 1 .zip file is a good idea. I
think this option should be on the GMA Games web site as well. It's a way
to, shall we say, cut down on the finger exercise? (grin)

Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-26 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Thank you Don. That will be much appreciated. In fact, my suggestion
would be to have one huge zip download of all 100 plus missions rather
than 4 at a time. I mean, the 4 at a time should be kept, but if someone
wants them all, since the missions themselves are not huge files, then
one zip should do.

Also, on a side note, who wrote war games part III. I remember writing
parts I and II, but I cannot find the source code for part III nor do I
remember writing it. So, this leads me to believe that someone else
wrote it which is great. That is why I started the war games idea, as a
sort of practice, and something else to play instead of fighting typical
enemies.

Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-25 Thread Don Voyles
Hi Raul!

Yes, I have all the missions. David is in the process of adding the
other missions to the gam list. The reason why it has taken so long is the
gam engine is designed to allow only 99 user made missions. The others I
have I had numbered 99a, 99b , 99c and so on but we are not going to use
that idea. We are going to start the next batch of missions from 1 through
99. I will send yu the other missions in the next day or 2. But, they will
be numbered 1 and upward so you will have to make another lone wolf folder
and place the new user made missions in that folder. I have 3 lone wolf
folders. I just made copies of the original.
I discovered that you have to start with number 1 in the folder for if you
don't the game will lock up. You cannot start with 2 or upward. I will
send you a list of all the mission messages also. Oh, the messages will have
the writer and difficulty of the mission, also.

   Blessings!

Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-25 Thread dark
I only thought they went up to 96. though I haven't exactly made much of an
inroad on them, a copy of others (if there are others), would be nice.

Out of interest, why does gma only host up to 96?

beware the grue!

[Audyssey] Lone Wolf missions

2007-12-24 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hello everyone. All the kids are off to sleep and we are now waiting for
Santa to make his appearance. In the mean time I thought I'd play a few
Lone Wolf missions. I only have up to missions 96 however. I believe
that either Don V or someone else on this list has the others. The
downloads for missions above 96 are not on the GMA games site so if
anyone has the rest from 97 on up through the lettered missions, I would
appreciate a link to get them from, or, since they are small, an e-mail
attached zip file should do the trick.

Many thanks.
