I'm not trying to offend anyone, all members contributing to the tecno shock thread tried their best to offer help, I just feel it is a good thing if the dev can be on this list. I like the sound when the character in tecno shock sleeps. It's a snoring and another sound, denoting he is dreaming. I go to this site and click on download and the only thing it keeps on doing is take me to the same page. No box of any kind with the choice of open or save or cancel. Something is not working right. Try to explore the rooms and press the switches. Try a bit more before asking. Think about the people who don't have tried the game out yet. Hi all I think tecno shock should have a training mode like sod where you can practice targeting robotswithout them moving. I also find the speech way to slow. thats about where I am to. There is a pit you have to jump in the first room but good luck getting over there, and after that there is a door you need to unlock. Then well there is a switch that starts fireballs comming at you. And then well there is another unlocked door with stuff but its damn'd well impossible to get to it. ANd even if you get there its hard to get back let alone around the rest of the game. This game is way to hard in my opinion. It doesn't work, sorry. If I understand you correctly, you said: Close all applications. Unload jaws. Launch tecno shock. Start a new game from the main menu. Once you are in the game environment and you want your character to sleep press alt+tab. Now load jaws and an application such as internet explorer. Alt+tab doesn't work. Regardless of pressing tab or alt+tab, I just hear a beeping sound and I still hear the game's sounds. In other words whether I press tab or alt+tab, I hear the same beeping sound. Then I loaded jaws and internet explorer, but the same thing happens. [Audyssey] tecno shock problem
HI all I respect the moderators' kind request to search the archives before we ask help on the list. So I made sure the problem I'm having is definitely not in the archives. I want to sleep in the game to get my full health back. If I understand the manual correctly it says if I want to use jaws I must open another application such as windows explorer and then unload jaws and then load tecno shock. Then if I want to use the other application I can just alt+tab and load jaws. So this is the steps I took: First I opened internet explorer. Then I unloaded jaws with insert+f4. Then I launched tecno shock with a hot key I set up. Then when I want my character to sleep I pressed alt+tab and the sounds of the game stopped playing. Then I wanted to bring jaws back with control+alt+j but nothing happened. I pressed control+alt+j several times but no jaws. I'm sure control+alt+j works, because it worked in other instances when I unloaded and reloaded jaws. Its only when tecno shock and internet explorer is running that I can't bring jaws back with the hot key. Then when I alt+tab again, there's no tecno shock. I doodled with the saved games. There are loads of levels, although i doodled with a saved story2. you will need to get keys and such. This thing maybe like doom, which what sod is also bassed on but its not writen with the gma engine. Maybe it uses a few sfx, but not many this game is hard. I don't even have all the detecters. Hi all I sent the developer of tecno shock a mail to the address I found in the documentation. I asked him if he used the GMA ENGINE, AND HE said NO not at all. Its his own development. So you can only fight robots using the acoustic site from storey2 onwards? so you pick up the acoustic site at end of storey1. so it means you have to fight storey1's enemies without an acoustic site informing you when your gun is ready to fire.
