Re: [Audyssey] Dancing The Klango couldn't get more exciting! Orcanit...

2009-01-04 Thread Michael Feir
That's interesting. The way Dan Zingaro released it, you need two files.
There's the superdeakout demo file and then you need the sdfull.exe file. It
may actually be a zip file. I can't remember. If you have both those files
and install them correctly, you get the full game which has been released as
freeware. I suspect somebody may have figured that some users of Klango may
have found it hard to understand that you have to install the demo first and
then use the sdfull file to overwrite the original demo program so the game
works correctly. I've had to explain that to a number of people so it's an
understandable if unfortunate circumstance. Why they don't just include
freeware games which can run and install more simply and/or simply explain
the unusual requirement to getting the full version of Superdeakout, I don't
know.

Hi Trenton.

Actually, if I read the features correctly, it'd be nicest to just get
Klango linked up with the audiogames.net forum I think. That way both
sides would bennifit.

Reguarding the games, why only the demo version of super deakout? Is there
a problem with the registration zip archive?

story, but here are the latest features to the upcoming Klango Player 2.1
from the Klango website!

http://en.klango.net/2009/01/04/klango-21-features-and-a-plan/

This news will be most exciting to Dark, as an Audiogames.net forum he
can soon create in the land!
And before I forget, here's a list of the accessible games that Klango
has from other blind gaming companies:

. TopSpeed 2
2. Sound RTS
3. Super Deekout (demo version, without page added)

You can find them in the external applications section of the
programs section with in the Klango Player.

Enjoy everyone, and keep Dancing The Klango!

Hi Yohandy,
Yes, it can. I could easily make new setups with the patches included
myself if someone wanted me to do that.

Smile.

Hmm. You may wish to visit the Klango Developers site by going to:
http://klango.net/dev
, you may find an answer there.
I'd also visit:
http://support.klango.net
and submit a ticket to them.
I'd like to know who submitted those games as well to the program.
