Well, there is a freeware standalone flash player called Elmedia.
Unfortunately, it has splash screens that require sighted help to get through.

Is this a website? Sorry, I'm not familiar with it. If so, are you running a
flash-blocking extension, such as ClickToPlugin? If you are, you can press
command-control-w for ClickToPlugin to allow flash to run on the domain, or you
can do a VO-space on the area that says flash,
