Yes that is correct about the copyrights law. However if the app was a free app then there wouldn't be any kind of problems. I have done my homework on this. The one thing that my developer ask is about me getting the promission to put these games out as freeware. However if the person or people who made the game tells me that he can sell the app then he will sale the app. With the way that bavisoft is about not contacting people I would release the app with those two games for free to be on the safe side.
