I just want to mention that we successfully used the command below to get
full 10GBit/s sync speed on our cluster.

Thanks to Viktor's help on the google group we found out that the problem
here really is that it is not possible to set

Thanks for reporting this issue. It sounds more like a DRBD configuration
tuning problem. The parameters should be implemented
