I was watching MLB last nite, and between innings switched to the OK-VA Super
Regional. It only took one 'PING' of the metal bat to drive me back to the
Ichiros vs. the Pujols. I can't watch college baseball unless it's the Gators.
Does anyone else share this problem with me?
Cheers,
Gene
LOL! I can't watch baseball PERIOD unless the gators are playing. What a boring
sport!

Well, it won't go down to 10 for another year; it has 11 now.
I would think that it could add a single team in time to save the
conference championship.

They have to add 2 teams with Colorado and Nebraska to replace.
I wonder how somebody like Utah and Brigham Young would fit there.

I grew up loving baseball and watching it ever chance I got. My interest
waned quite a bit except for going to several Atlanta Braves games when I
lived there in 1978. We went to all 4 games when Pete Rose's 44 game hitting
streak was ended. That was followed by many years of not following or

I dont think conference size should matter... I personallly think:
1) All NCAA conferences should have a championship game
2) No conferences should have an auto bid to a bcs game

Only one of those two leaves immediately; the other leaves after this
season.
To keep its Championship game, one team would need to be added before
this season, and another after this season.
Then again, things could have changed recently, there seem to be
hourly reversals of course.

If a conference is small enough for every team to meet during the season, I
would prefer no conference CG.
I think the team that plays better over the course of a season should be
champion, not a team that gets a hot streak.
