I have been facing problems regarding getting responses from the mentors..
It sometime takes around 10-12 hrs to get a response from the mentors.

Hmm.. that's pretty normal though because our mentors don't have to be in
the same time zone as us so try asking ur doubts in your organization's IRC
chat channel( look for it in their website).

Some task are labeled as *[easy]*. While choosing a winner, does org will
give priority to those who have done less easy tasks and more others? Or
all tasks have same priority?
