J32 and arm have no avx. If we called them noavx then
users will also get confused and think there is another
avx version.
arm64 get similar instruction set but not called avx.
J engine for jandroid for arm64 cpu and 64-bit raspberry
use it for hash and matrix product already.

I think the J32 systems are all nonavx. Is their evidence to the contrary?
The zip installers are pretty lean. They depend on your following the
install steps as documented. Those steps include a pacman update that would
get all the jqt bits and pieces.

an antivirus silently deleted it from the archive I downloaded instead)
