J32 and arm have no avx. If we called them noavx then users will also get confused and think there is another avx version. arm64 get similar instruction set but not called avx. J engine for jandroid for arm64 cpu and 64-bit raspberry use it for hash and matrix product already. Wed, 16 Jan 2019,
