Hadoop, Avro none of those projects have it. Another incubator project

-1, I found a few issues that need to be cleaned up.
On the plus side the md5 checked out and ant test was successful

Neither of the projects I've been on (Hadoop and Pig) deliver .zip files.
HCatalog only claims to support Linux at this point, so .tar seems fine.
