Committer votes happen on the PMC list. There won't be an OGNL PMC - so I don't see this as losing a power over their own affairs. It's not a power they begin with. When OGNL is deemed ready by the Incubator, (ie: Incubator PMC has voted to graduate it), the Commons PMC would vote to accept the co
