Sure. Just as soon as I figure out how to write *nix shell scripts...

OK, so the list of 'mv' commands consists of:

If all that is missing is karma, write a shell script with a list of mv
commands, and put it in your home directory. Then add it as a request.

It is easier, and faster, to review a list of mv commands for pages than to
hunt up the data.

The web site will be updated, and a message will also be sent to the
lists. I've been waiting for the wiki to be fully set up, so that one set
of changes and one announcement are all that's necessary, rather than one
for each set of changes.

The problem is that nobody with the appropriate privileges seems to have
any time to move over some pages from the old wiki to the new one. I've
been waiting patiently since March 24th. (INFRA-51 on Jira, for anyone
with privs and a few minutes! ;)

Re: [Commons] Sandbox committer policy

2004-04-01 Thread Henri Yandell

Afaik, the rule is that any apache committer can be granted access to the
sandbox without any kind of vote. It doesn't imply that you can't vote a
new commons committer in for a sandbox'd component.

It's in fact where the Commons concept comes into play. Said new committer
cannot help but be enveloped in the Commons philosophy [and therefore ASF
way] after joining. Community oversight is achieved, and by the large
number of Commons members on the PMC, PMC oversight is achieved.

No problem in my view [sorry for not having read the thread on
commons-dev, work's been one long headache].

Importing SourceForge code that uses ASL

2004-04-01 Thread Scott Eade
A while back someone forked JCS to a SourceForge project
(http://ehcache.sourceforge.net/) to fix some bugs and to simplify the
code base by reducing the scope of the functionality it provides. The
SF project is listed as being ASL.

Someone has now back ported the bug fixes to JCS
(http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&msgNo=403)
and I am wondering if there might be any licensing issues with this. I
assume not, but thought I would double check anyway.

Thanks,

Scott

Send a note to the struts-dev list, they're responsible for updating
their own website. Don't rely on the webmaster@ address ;)
AIUI support of the webmaster address was made a near impossibility by
the last round of worms. this is the right place to ask questions (and
maybe we should correct the documents).

Hi!

I tried to subscribe to both Struts mailing lists (through [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
