The failures are due to changes in APR land. apt-util has been merged with apr and apr itself has changed the directory layout of its installation. The changes that I wanted were lingering in an unsaved window on my editor. Here are the pertinent facts, Maven multi-project pom.xml in root. Some unit tests depend on oro and junit3. Code is highly experimental. Don't care about artifacts at the moment and nobody should depend on use anytime soon, maybe I should have started with continuum. Gump was my reflex and everything else for logging was already there. If you agree or have another suggestion, then we can revert my earlier changes.
