Well, first, let's ask some questions: - When you say "open source" repo, do you mean private repo vs public repo? - I believe Craig as Secretary will say an SGA never hurts but isn't everything already licensed ASLv2? It's been a few weeks and a few proposals reviewed so it could be my memory.
