I've masked kde-base/kmobile pending removal, for a series of reasons:
- it's not built by default
- it's not useful, because it's incomplete
- it's even broken on 3.5 and required patching to build, so the 3.5.0 never
appeared
- it's still unstable creating updown problems to people having it

commited it), please iron out the portage.dep_opconvert and
portage_dep.dep_opconvert.
Naming sucks at the very least, but they look to be a candidate for
