After upgrading to mplayer 0.92, I lost subtitles. What are these font-arial*
for? I can see "osd-mplayer-a.raw" (On Screen Display) but OSD doesn't work
either (it used to.)

I'm trying emerge -B; emerge -k but I get errors.
For example, the tbz2 file for gcc-3.3.1 gives (with "tar jtvvf")

look at bugs.gentoo.org, there's a patch there for gcc-3.3.something... I've
an ebuild with it applied and I've emerged the beast successfully.
