Hi all, I've loaded Gentoo on a Compaq nx 6150 notebook which reports a Intel (R) Pentium (R) M Processor 1.73GHz Stepping 08 CPU at dmesg. For some reason the CPU seems to run very hot with a lot of fan activity compared to when I boot XP, plus overall performance seems slow in comparisom to XP
