Finished the bisect between 3.6.10 and 3.7. Here's the log. The suspect patch has an interesting name: ahci: implement aggressive SATA device sleep support I'll send email to the patch author too. I should make it clear that this is not urgent for me, since 3.6.10 isn't obsolete yet.
