Hi Andrew,
I am new to this group and don't know if the following method has been
discussed.
The only method I know of that would definitely work and not screw things
up more, is the removal of CO2 by freezing it out of the air at the South
Pole. A couple of papers have been written on this and these grants are
enough money to create of proof of feasibility model and a small working
station. All the other methods I have seen only hide the symptoms or are
not controllable enough to be trusted.
