I took an action at the last meeting to propose that we move the time of the "European" or "Northern" meeting time to 15:30 UTC now that all the participants have switched to DST. https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20170418T1530=1440 Does any one have a problem with this?
