The build server is starting to be back online now, restoring community modules is not so much a priority (we have tests and making last months release as a higher priority). We are thinking days to weeks since this is an overhead no company specifically pays us for. So far planet federal has

Note even when that server comes back I doubt historic community modules will be available. You should consider building from source for the best experience (ie to be sure of compatibility with the release of GeoSever you are using). The community module links are intended to share ideas and RnD
