Hi Luca, I'd suggest you to merge that code in GeoTools, and make it available as a community download in GeoServer. Code left on external repositories is often not found, eventually tends to rot or gets rewritten by someone coming with a different implementation meant to go into the main projects (that happened already in the last years) Cheers Andrea On Wed, Aug 9, 2017 at 8:54 AM, Luca Morandini wrote: > On 26/07/17 18:12, Andrea Aime wrote: > >> Hi Daniel, >> it certainly can be done, just a matter of finding someone interested in >> funding this development >> (being a link to a proprietary system, I doubt someone will come along >> and do it in their own spare time, >> > > Actually, I built a GeoTools datastore for the ArcGIS ReST API that can > serve WFS... admittedly, not in my spare time ;) > > Please, have a look at my announcement back in March: > http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/First-draft-of-the-ArcGI > S-ReST-API-datastore-td5310035.html#a5310036 > > Cheers, > > Luca Morandini > Data Architect - AURIN project > Melbourne eResearch Group > Department of Computing and Information Systems > University of Melbourne > Room 3.32, Level 3, 333 Exhibition St. > Melbourne, 3000 VIC > Tel. +61 03 903 58 380 > Skype: lmorandini > LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lmorandini > > > > -- > Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most > engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot > ___ > Geoserver-users mailing list > > Please make sure you read the following two resources before posting to > this list: > - Earning your support instead of buying it, but Ian Turton: > http://www.ianturton.com/talks/foss4g.html#/ > - The GeoServer user list posting guidelines: > http://geoserver.org/comm/userlist-guidelines.html > > Geoserver-users@lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/geoserver-users > -- Regards, Andrea Aime == GeoServer Professional Services from the experts! Alright. Hopefully since it is a very well documented API, a geoserver extension could be made to hook into their "Feature Server" API at some point.
