Hmmm... the error doesn't seem obvious to me but indeed, perhaps it is a
versioning issue. In the past I have also gotten around strange happenings
like this by modifying the generated code accordingly. Not sure if that
will work in this case though.

Change has been applied to master.
This is an API change with a couple additional methods for the JTS class:
- JTS.transformTo3D(ReferencedEnvelope, CoordinateReferenceSystem, boolean, int)
- JTS.transformTo2D(ReferencedEnvelope, CoordinateReferenceSystem, boolean, int)
