At the moment the vectorlabel branch has the logic to retrieve a set label
for a geometry.
The implementation of the setting of the styles for labels has not yet be
done as well as the actual painting.
In the last 2 weeks I have been working on
GeoTools / GeoServer Meeting at 13:00 UTC on Skype as usual. Make
