We still have some showstoppers on the geotools 2.2 release ... I tried
to mention them earlier but I did not see it make the list -
Hi Jesse,
Do you have a timeline for the work. There are a few other project
timelines waiting for this release of GeoServer.
I would prefer to have this in the next minor version, 2.2.1. We could
also release GeoServer 1.4.1 at the same time containing the wfs
patches. Does anyone else have a
As a matter of fact I should be far enough along so that the release

Richard usually volunteers up his time to do the release? I know that he
is kind of busy this week so I can volunteer on this one.
How does that sound Richard? Is there anything I need to know or can I
go straight
I think it would have some positives, particularily for users who do not intend to use a plugin which uses it. That said, it's a fair bit of work and testing without any noticable benefits beyond developers testing the core.
I wouldn't move the abstract classes / interfaces out, and the remaind

If Jesse do some work on the shapefile modules, I would appreciate a

Nice to see things coming together :-)
David did you want to have a module/xml set up? The idea was brought up
on Mondays meeting.

We discussed starting the ball rolling on the 2.2 release. So this is a
call for any pending changes to make it into the release.
Just commited a partial reorganisation of test-data

Hi all,
I apologize to anyone who showed up at todays IRC meeting and found
noone around. There was some confusion about meeting times and one of
the geoserver meetings.
However there were a few stragglers still around so we managed to

We discussed starting
