In GeoServer:
KML - Andrea
Css promoted to extension - Andrea
CSW - Neils
In GeoTools:
Header clean up - Jody
DBF clean up - R Hayes

Missed those - can't download them to test as they are "too dangerous" for

http://docs.geoserver.org/2.1.0/developer/rele

It appears a mac / windows installer was not yet created for 2.3.4 - I am
willing to test if a someone can generate.

There is now a GeoServer 2.3.4 beta to test at
http://gridlock.opengeo.org/geoserver/release/2.3.4/ if people would like
to test that while I'm in flight - I'll check back when I get home
(assuming no major delays).
