Add "SourceInfoFormat := Single;" to all test configs

Sorry for the all the noise related to this patch. It seems to be working fine
now. I ended up pregenerating the image and keeping it inside the jenkins slave
(lxc container) in /opt/qemu-img, as otherwise it took really long building the
image everytime the job had to run.

osmo-build-dep.sh, hence our jenkins build processes now require the 'stow'
dependency. Add 'stow' to our debian docker
