I routinely use the excellent PVR Manager to set up the download of a series
but for some reason it seems unable to find Revolting People even though it
is in the cache :
$ grep -i revolting radio.cache

that opens in a browser window (or tab)?

No, as I found, their email will be automatically held for moderation
and they'll be emailed that this has happened. I assumed list
