In Gimp, When I create content in a transparent layer, the layer content
boundary is not recognised by transform tools; rather the tools include the
entire image in their operation (as shown here:
http://s29.postimg.org/txz7l4buf/image1.png ), unless I make alpha to
selection or select the content

tool. Pleas bear in mind that it's just my personal observations, I
