If you installed libmypaint from git, did you "git checkout v1.3.0"?

Update your copy of GEGL. There was a change in GEGL on April 2 relating to 
the function mentioned in the error message. I had the same issue yesterday 
when I was updating my build of GIMP.

You are likely not building against the right version. For the record, this
script is working for me to build gimp and its dependencies:
