to solve font issues with gimp 2.2 was often useful delete the fonts cache created by gimp (this at least on Windows OS )in the user directory But where is now with 2.4? All my attempt to find it failed Maybe gimp 2.4 do not create a font cache? Anyway there is a way to force gimp to refresh
