FreeBSD-6.2 xcfe4.4.0 I seem to be having a problem getting gimp-2.3 to start correctly. This is the first time I have attempted to use this program. When I start it from xfce4.4.0, all that appears is a splash screen with the words 'initializing' listed. That screen will stay indefinitely.
