[Gimp-user] Almost TOO Easy (resizing of images)
Good morning, Yesterday I was doing some research on this and found a GREAT script on phpbuilder.com. All you have to do is place the script in the directory that the images are located and it 1) resizes them 2) Places the thumbnails on an auto-generated php webpage/pages. 3) hyperlinks them to the full size image on its own page (with a bacground and aligned to your specs). The drawbacks are evident if this is not for web publication because they are only resized on the page itself not the actual file itself. (i.e, img src=filname.jpg height=300 width=200 ) To find the script just go to phpbulder and look under code library then subtitle graphics. There are a few gallery scripts like this and some have slideshows built-in. Jeff __ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus Powerful. Affordable. Re: [Gimp-user] Channel Mixer filter in gimp 1.3

If I don't do real work with the Gimp then I'm not doing a very good job testing the software, am I. :) My main goal behind the question was to find out if Gimp 1.3 had some alternative, native (non-plugin) way of doing what the channel mixer plugin does. But since it doesn't, I'll just wait for the plugin to get ported to 1.3. Or, perhaps I'll port it myself. Thanks for your reply, Niklas.
