Somewhere between GIMP 2.6.4 and 2.6.6, the map color range plugin
disappeared, at least in the Windows build, and I think for other versions
as well. Does anyone know whether this was inadvertent? Will it be coming
back? It was a useful tool. I have recovered it from my old version 2.6.4,
