For some reason when I go to file then to new. my option box is gone. I have
to manually set my image size. Could sure use some help on how to get this
option back

newbie here, if i create a new file of a certain template (A4, 300dpi), how
am i then able to import an image into it? there is an Acquire option under
File but it doesn't seem to be able to pull images off my desktop, it that
possible?

Just guessing what you are trying to do,
I received an image from a user of a Canon camera. It has a .epp file
extension. I've tried opening it with GIMP, Krita and XnView, none recognize
it.
Does anyone know of a Linux program that opens it. I also tried Photoshop on
XP with no luck.
